Terms of Service — House Cleaning in Irvine, CA

1.1 Acceptance. By using wellwithincleaning.com, creating an account, or purchasing any service or membership, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Service Agreement, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement").

1.2 Service options. Well Within provides residential cleaning services in Orange County, California. Customers may book a recurring membership plan or a one-time cleaning.

1.3 Eligibility & service area. Service is available only at eligible addresses within our published Orange County service area. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

1.4 First clean. The first recurring clean is charged in full at the time of booking, before service. Its exact price depends on your home details and is shown before you pay.

1.5 Membership billing & automatic renewal. Membership is a continuous, automatically renewing subscription. Your card is charged in advance, once per month, for that month's plan. By enrolling, you provide express affirmative consent to recurring automatic charges until you cancel. We will send an annual renewal reminder and any renewal notices required by California law.

1.6 Recurring pricing. There is no minimum-visit commitment, and you may cancel your membership at any time.

1.7 Price lock. Your member rate is fixed while you remain continuously enrolled at the same address. It resets to current rates if you pause, cancel, or move.

1.8 Changes. We may modify services, plans, prices (for future billing periods), or this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1.9 Guarantees. Our re-clean guarantee and refund terms are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1.10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1.11 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of our services, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.

1.12 Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You and Well Within waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. This does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court.

1.13 Governing law & venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any permitted court action is Orange County, California.
